By accessing and using Low Quality Image (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. (Though honestly, you'd be missing out on some premium low-quality memes).

2. Use License & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the Site. The entire processing happens in your browser.

3. Your Content & Ownership

You retain all your ownership rights in your original images and the resulting compressed/fried images. We claim absolutely no ownership rights over the files you process.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials on Low Quality Image's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We intentionally make your images look worse. Do not complain to us if your image looks terrible after using a tool designed to make images look terrible.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Low Quality Image or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Low Quality Image's website.

6. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on the website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice.
